Where does CHOCOLATE come from?
Wollongong will be the only regional centre in Australia to host two Ghanaian cocoa farmers from the Kuapa Kokoo fair trade cooperative! In our biggest event for Fair Trade Fortnight, the visiting farmers will address a public forum about fair trade and how farmers and communities have benefited from the fair trade system. Schools, churches, businesses, University students/staff and the general public are encouraged to attend this rare opportunity to hear first hand experiences about fair trade.
